In 18k Gold, featuring a white enameled Maltese cross with green enameled laurels in each quadrant, obverse centre with the Honduras coat of arms, reverse centre "Merito Civil", on laurel suspension as well as unofficial bow suspension, measuring 11. 7 mm (w) x 37. 4 mm (h inclusive of suspensions), 1. 7 grams, extremely fine.
