Since the 1980s, father Hans Zillinger has been converting to organic farming, as one of the pioneers in Austria. As sons like to do, since 2013 son Johannes has gone one step further by working biodynamically. He is convinced that this approach gives the grapes more vitality, resulting in more powerful aromas.
