Both sizes are made of forged alloy tool steel with a polished head. Tools have heavy duty lock joint construction to increase tool life. The red cushion handle grips increase user comfort and reduce fatigue. They have a starting and pulling joint on one jaw with a corrugated hammer on the other. The wire cutter on each side cuts double strand barbed wire.
