Herby and mineral, with ripe red fruit and cocoa aromas subtly underpinned by wood. Interwoven tannins, balanced with a velvety finish. Pairs with roast chicken, duck breast, rustic game pts, roast steak and hearty stews. Also with hard, mature cheeses.
