Metropolitan Opera House - Vintage Prints and Playbill 1880-1884 [LITERATURE] Alberto Erede (2 signatures)Set of 2 original, vintage prints from the American Architect and Building News, issue of Nov 13th, 1880, depicting the then future building of the Metropolitan Opera company, which was just founded and will have its building created. The final design was later approved and built, and opened on October 22nd, 1883. This is one of the competing designs, and very close to the final one.
