A 75th Infantry Battalion Sweetheart Badge certificate_of_authenticity Constructed of blackened magnetic metalIn browning copper gilt with red, white and black paint, maker marked "ELLIS BROS. 1915" on the reverse, measuring 47 mm (w) x 46. 5 mm (h), pin posts intact but missing its pinback on the reverse, scattered gilt wear, chipping evident in the red and black paint, very fine. Footnote: The 75th Infantry Battalion was raised in Southern Ontario with mobilization headquarters at Toronto, Ontario under the authority of G. O. 103A, August 15, 1915. The
