A high quality natural indigenous wine, aged for almost a year to enhance its aromas and fragrances, to which three different varieties of absinthe are added. The aroma is Marsala like, with fruity and herbaceous notes. The intense brown color comes from burnt sugar. The taste is rich and complex: herbaceous but delicate and persistent,
