The pair of cast iron bookends are nicely detailed and painted, with the US motto, e pluribus unum at the eagle's head. Circa 1920s, the weighty bookends with hold your heavier books very nicely. The bookends each measure approximately: height 7 1 4, width: 4 1 2 and depth: 2. The bookends are in very good vintage condition with original patina.
