When I saw his exhibit at Asia Society in NYC some years ago, I was struck by the title of one piece, "Oh! My God! I Miss You." It's subject appears in my own painting here as a little button pin. This summer we almost lost our dog to a coyote attack. My daughter was instrumental in saving his life. This is the inspiration for this
