A mixed lot of insignia accompanied by a paper slip filled out by Private First Class Arthur G. Manning, a United States Army Infantry serviceman, indicating that Manning imported the items as war souvenirs, including: 1. An NSDAP members armband, constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth base, the exterior bearing a white cotton rayon blended cloth disc, in turn overlaid by a multi piece black mobile swastika, the interior
