Three piece construction, in silver gilt with red, white, yellow, light blue and ultramarine blue enamels, type III with Cyrillic text in the ribbon banner, number engraved "3165" on the reverse, measuring 46. 5 mm (w) x 53. 2 mm (h), screwback, intact enamels, extremely fine.
