Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse consisting of an oval chain link wreath, surrounding a raised anchor bearing crossed swords over a pebbled background, the reverse with a narrow barrel hinge and flattened vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 41. 30 mm (w) x 46. 51 mm (h), weighing 7. 9 grams, demonstrating loss of silver finish throughout, in better than very fine
