In French manufacture, a white enamelled star with smooth enamel rays in each quadrant, crossed swords pierce the medallion, the obverse medallion features a red and blue enamels, surrounded by a white ring inscribed 8 8 1804 (For Faith and Liberty 1804), the reverse features a double headed eagle on a red enamelled background, surrounded by a blue enamelled ring inscribed 1 1904 (Petar
