The shoulders are set with further calibr cut sapphires, that lead the eye in towards the main stone. It's particularly well made, modelled in platinum throughout, and dates from the 1920s. We've had the stone certified as natural with no heat treatment. STONES 1. 76ct natural basaltic sapphire (no heat
