An oval cloth badge constructed of black wool, bordered in silver aluminum wire, presenting a staff and serpent insignia in silver aluminum wire, measuring 38 mm (w) x 54 mm (h), and in very fine condition. Footnote: Previously removed from a Third Reich political party podium flag. An Allied Soldier picked up this flag and added on German insignia, eventually sewing and attaching eighty seven German Second War period embroidered and
