A well made entry level red for powerful red wine lovers. Blend: 60% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot, 15% Sagrantino TASTING NOTES: Notes of ripe strawberries, cherries, ground spices, walnuts and dried herbs on the nose. Medium to full bodied, a little chewy but juicy and fluid. It has dusty tannins and a firm, linear finish. James Suckling, 90 pts.
