Casa Castillo Las Gravas 2020 Palo Cortado gelegen op de iconische Fornos-heuvel80% Monastrell and 20% Garnacha. Named after the rocky vineyard where the grapes for this wine are grown. Fermentation in underground stone vats. Autochthonous yeasts are used here too and whole bunches of grapes are added to the tanks. Monastrell and Garnacha are fermented separately, aged in 500 litre, French oak barrels, blended and left for a further four months in 5,000 litre foudres. Processed organically.
