Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey inscription of HERMANN GRING in block script, the reverse featuring a black cotton rayon liner, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 445 mm (l), in unissued and mint condition.
