Constructed of bronzed cupal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, the obverse with a raised Reich Labour Service (RAD) insignia, the reverse with an inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE IM REICHSARBEITSDIENST (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE REICH LABOUR SERVICE), unmarked,
