Early 20th Century Shoe Repair Smaltz Storefront Sign spices Vintage embossed tinplate signAntique storefront sign for a shoe repair business. This sign features a painted smaltz background with stenciled lettering that was once painted white, but now remains unfinished. Along the left side of the sign is a hand painted depiction of a boot that has been outlined with smaltz, but the majority of which is painted directly onto the wooden board. Exhibits minor signs of wear including paint loss and scuffs. 44" W x 18" H Please refer to photos
