These need to be bent to be inserted or removed. Thickness on all hoops is 4g. Small hoops are 1 3 4" diameter and weigh 10 grams each. Medium hoops are 2 1 4" diameter and weigh 20 grams each. Large hoops are just under 3 in diameter and weigh 29 grams each.
