Galil Mountain White 2022 Ratatouille Serve at 8-10 C OurA Galil blend made from Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes that combined give the wine a round and fruity character in addition to a delicate acidity. The grapes were harvested at night when temperatures are lowest. The grapes are then gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery.
