Spain, Franco Period. An Order of Cisneros in Gold, Commander Auction Archive with the ends sewn together(Orden de Cisneros). Instituted March 8, 1944 by General Francisco Franco. A finely made award in 18k Gold with a red enamelled Maltese cross with large ball finials, five hand finished silver arrows in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features a black enamelled bird with a yellow sun behind its head, the reverse plain with two large rivets, measures 46. 26 mm (w) x 50. 5 mm (h inclusive of ball suspension), 21. 6 grams, with teardrop suspension,
