The Littoriali were organized by the National Secretariat of the National Fascist Party in concert with the Fascist School of Mysticism and the provincial headquarters of the Fascist University Groups (GUF)

of which Waldheim was eventually cleared

A reproduction cross of the Order of St. George, depicting a cross pattee in bronze gilt with white enamels arms, a handpainted central medallion on the obverse and reverse, measures 46 mm (w) x 50. 5 mm (h), arms of varying opaqueness, remains very fine.
