Constructed of red cotton twill, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 85 mm in diameter, overlaid by a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 170 mm (w) x 100 mm (h), with soiling evident throughout, in overall very fine condition.
