Slovakia, First Republic. A Fire Brigade Commander’s Helmet Auction Archive each of which is makerA well preserved Slovakian Fire Brigade Commanders helmet, constructed of a lacquered black vulcanfibre and magnetic metal composite shell. Affixed to the exterior of the crown is a T shaped bronze frame, secured in place with nine protruding rivets. Emanating from the frame is an ornate raised comb of identical construction, flanked on each side by raised and finely detailed laurel branches. Affixed to the peak of the helmet is a bronze Fire Brigade
