It can be applied in temperatures as low as 32 degrees F, even in standing water. PSL is an excellent choice for sealing expansion joints around the pool. Its unique formation allows it to be applied directly into cracks up to 1 2 inch wide. Even under wet conditions, PSL provides a watertight seal without sagging. PSL is the preferred choice for
