2022 Celani Family Vineyards Estate Chardonnay, Napa Valley, USA (750ml) Dessert plum and dried blackberry leadWINEMAKER'S NOTES: Celani Family Vineyard Chardonnay is made from estate grown grapes in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. The Chardonnay was whole cluster pressed and fermented on its lees using 40% new French oak barrels with the remainder in self stirring egg shaped concrete fermenters. In order to retain the Chardonnays natural acidity, malolactic fermentation was inhibited. The result is a wine with a dazzling aromatic landscapeembracing
