It is a product of its rich clay loam soils and colder, brisk nights that are made possible by the Delta Breeze coming in off the San Francisco Bay. TASTING NOTES: Very pretty with green melon and white peach aromas as well as honey blossom. Medium body with a creamy texture and a balanced, flavorful and delicious finish. Lovely texture.
