A Heer reversible camouflage winter parka, constructed of padded cotton blend. The exterior is dyed in a classic splinter pattern with a mottle consisting of a pale olive drab base overlaid by irregular brown and dark green patterns, in turn overlaid by dark green vertical splinters. The reverse is finished in white for use in winter conditions. The parka features a hood adjusted with an internal drawstring. The cuffs feature
