Pretty yellow straw in color

I never thought it would come close to being as riveting and magnetic as its older sibling

The fruit feels autumnal

and has 100 grams of residual sugar

All grape varieties are vinified separately, foot trodden and fermented whole cluster in concrete. Aged in a combination of 500L, 700L and 1,000L French oak barrels for five months, blended together and transferred to concrete for further maturation. 2,900 bottles produced. 92
