In silver gilt, a red enamel cross with 17 large glass stones in the center, the reverse is plain, surmounted by a sacred heart suspension in red, white and black enamels, with an ornate suspension loop above, reverse of each also plain, measures 41. 4mm (w) x 86. 8mm (h inclusive of sacred heart suspension and integral loop, weighs 30. 8 grams, minor enamel wear to the suspension, small areas
