Designed specifically to work with 3 piece sealed bearing cranks on frames utilizing an American bottom bracket shell. Includes 2 precision sealed bearings, aluminum cups, high density plastic cone spacers, center tube spacer, sprocket adapter, plenty of adjustment washers, a 19mm 8 spline spindle and 2 spindle bolts.
