A Reichsdienstflagge (State Service Flag), constructed of a cotton twill base dyed in red, overlaid by double sided central white discs fashioned from the undyed portion of the cloth base, in turn bearing black swastikas trimmed with white borders, the upper hoist edge of each side bearing black and white government style German national eagles clutching wreathed mobile swastikas, with rectangular reinforcements of identical red
