It supports users up to 440 lbs and is tested for up to 330 lbs of dynamic load during training. Unlike traditional plate loaded leg extensions, the LEM2 uses a carabiner to cable connection system that interfaces directly with the M2 machine. This design provides smoother resistance transfer,
