Crasà Contrada Etna Rosso Doc 2021 - Vigneti Vecchio ALTO ADIGE Pinot Meunier 10%VIGNETI VECCHIO E' un Nerello Mascalese prodotto da una singola vigna in Contrada Cras a Solicchiata, comune di Castiglione Di Sicilia. Le uve raccolte nella seconda decade di Ottobre sono diraspate e il mosto lasciato in macerazione sulle bucce per 12 13 giorni con fermentazione spontanea ad opera di lieviti indigeni. Completa la fermentazione in Tonneaux da 4hl per sei mesi senza travasi ed trasferito in acciaio per un periodo di almeno tre mesi.
