Il 2009 l'anno della prima vendemmia. Vermentino da vigne di oltre 50 anni su terreni sabbiosi. Vinificato in vasche aperte con fermentazione spontanea e macerazione sulle bucce di due soli giorni. Segue affinamento in vasca di cemento di 8 mesi.
