Podere le Boncie 'Cinque' Toscana Rosso IGT, 2024 botrytis elegant wine with pronounced acidityThis wine is made with the five grapes grown at the Podere le Boncie estate: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Mammolo, and Fogliatonda. The wine is aged for one year in open top wooden vats and bottled the following spring. It is considered the "second wine" of the estate behind Le Trame, and contains wine that doesn't make it into the latter cuve.
