We are very pleased to offer a rare natural tuberose hybrid of the North American (Mexico) native Polianthes howardii and the florist tuberose Polianthes tuberosa

especially on the petal backs

All are winter hardy in zone 7 so the tubers can be left in the ground over winter

so we're thinking it should be winter hardy to Zone 8b/9a if grown in a site that provides dry winter conditions

Each stalk is topped first with 5 6 fire engine red buds that open to currant red with a darker red throat and faint blue petal tip markings another wonderful and unique variation from the amazing Lycoris x rosea group of hybrids.
