Constructed of gilded bronze in the shape of a rightward facing flag, the surface of the flag in red enamels and inscribed LPSR Augstk Padome, with a threaded stud and backing plate on the reverse, backing plate nut inscribed CCCP, measuring 28. 3 mm (w) x 20. 6 mm (l), the gilt mostly worn off but still presenting well, in overall better than very fine condition.
