Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a white enameled medallion overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel overlaid by an enameled HJ insignia, topped by an inscription of KREISSIEGER and flanked by a date of 1938, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round
