A soft footed optimist in cocoa and cream, hes recently appointed himself Head of Welcome at the Jellycat Post Office, watched over by Derreck Dog. Responsibilities include: greeting customers, chasing receipts and tails, and reorganising the parcel shelf (only the lowest, easiest to reach ones, mind).
